The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I have been a customer since it was called Cablevision.

I rarely had any problems with them then and whenever I called about a problem, back then, the problem was solved in one phone call. Now since Altice has taken over I have had nothing but problems and have to call them every month when I get the bill. This started when I received a package in the mail that had a modem in it. I called that very day and asked them why they had sent me this unrequested modem.

They said they were sending them out to all of their subscriber's and that they were FREE. The following month there was a $10.00 rental fee. When I called the customer service people, who speak very broken english, they tell me that they will take care of the problem and that I don't have to pay the false charge that is on my bill, just my regular charge and to return the modem, which I did (I have the receipt) I sent them the check for the regular charge but the next bill still has the false charge on it. Now I am getting charged $170.24 when it should be no more then $146.95.

I am now looking to change my cable/internet/phone service to another company as you people can't seem to solve problems of your own making and I am tired of trying to deal with your rotten Customer Service Dept. Perhaps if you had people who spoke proper English answering the many calls you must get, they might be able to understand and fix the problems.

I have been getting annoying calls from different numbers locally. /when I try to return the calls, I'm told the number is not in service or disconnected. I have been trying to explain this to various Customer Service Reps, who don't know what I'm talking about, or just give me the run around. When I ask to speak with a supervisor, I'm told there is none available. I have tried calling Corp Offices, and they have the same *** recorded messages as the regular phone numbers. Hold time on all of these numbers are between 11 to 22 minutes. This company SUCKS!!!!!!!!

Optimum phone billing service sucks I just signed up with them and have issues that they inflicted upon us and been having service problems since the install, called after they finAlly resolved the problem because my bill was astronomical, so there supervisor got on the phone and had the intelligence of a Nat so I can’t imagine what the crew below him is like. His way of resolving my problem that I’ve had for three weeks was to give me $3 dollars off my Bill!

So if Brian the Supervisor thinks he’s funny wait until I get done with this insult and invoice they put me through, I have 3 homes I just signed up with and a lot of friends, I recommend not Optimum ever again ! I hope they go under and take Brian with them !

I switched 2 cell phone lines to Altice Mobile, and asked to keep my old numbers. It has been 2 days and still numbers are not ported. No person to speak with, so had to use their chat support. I have been with Optimum for years . I use my laptop to watch t.v while the reset of the family uses the t.v. and now you have taken that away and give me the option of the ipad .I think thats wrong,i have 3 of your boxes and do enjoy it, but to take away that service from your customers really stinks.
